Terms of Service
We’ll keep it simple. Please don’t abuse our service. We will do everything possible to ensure that the service is up and running and you are able to offload and retrieve your backup data as needed. This is not a mission critical service and should not be considered as anything such. We provide backup space for your already generated and stored backups. If your local backups fail or your local server is compromised, you use our service to retrieve your offsite backups.
It’s important to note while we don’t currently limit your bandwidth usage, we do pay for every byte you send in and out of our network. Please remember that when you are offloading and retrieving your backup data. If we find that you are using our service for real time backups and burning a considerable amount of bandwidth, we’ll need to contact you to discuss using a dedicated service for your account.
It’s important to note that this is a private service run by a private organization. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. If we refuse you service and you’ve already paid for our service, we will offer you a pro-rated refund based on the amount of service left under your term at our discretion. If you haven’t had your service provisioned, we will offer you a full refund.
